    Re: hair loss – eat more protein and Omega3s!! I had the same problem when I was on WW. I was clogging the shower drain every day! A hairdresser asked me if I was on chemo!!! LOL yeah I’m typing as I watch. You’re right!! Protein!!! Egg whites are great. I eat a ton scrambled with veggies. – add a yolk if you prefer. Try a whey protein powder smoothie as well. Greek Yogurt is high protein and yummy!

    Lol, maybe I’ll have to put up a video of me playing DDR…THAT will be interesting to say the least…I am basically the most uncoordinated person on the planet :) But it will make everyone laugh!! Myself included :D

    Haha, thank you!! And I definitely agree about WW being an awesome support network. It’s nice knowing that I can go there and have something in common with all of the members there…even if the plan can become a pain in the bum at times :P Mom says thank you for the kind words! She’s not giving up! :D

    Lol, we are in the exact same boat! Unfortunately now that I’m not following the plan as well, I can feel my appetite creeping back lol…Have to get back into the points swing of things I suppose :)  Thanks for the comment love!

    Aww, thanks Jess! Yes, I definitely do have to research some new foods…the only challenge is finding the time haha :) Having a different meal every day is a fabulous idea!
