Can we achieve satiety through low fat high protein dieting? And what will our long term health be like, if we do conform and eat the way the diet dictocrates are advising us to eat?

You should see what the Kimins diet recently did to women across the world. Kimkins was a crazy diet, high in protein BUT low in fat & calories. If you look up “rabbit starvation” on Google you can see where the natives knew if they ate lots of rabbit due to famine they did not do well due to the lack of fat) . Good fats are GOOD for you! I enjoyed your video!

But thanks again for these. You’ve helped me to realise that being healthy isn’t just about an absense of disease – most people I know have an absense of disease and they aren’t healthy at all compared to you guys! It truly is much more than that, about the right nutrition, thoughts, movement, breathing etc as you guys say. So if I can’t have an absense of disease, at least I can have a fantastic diet and mindset – puts me ahead of most despite being in a bad state!Take care and thanks!!

as I also have low B12 and iron, despite not being a vegetarian. I live in the Penrith region so it’s hard to get good organic food, but my Mum is going to travel on in to the eastern suburbs and get a huge amount of organic meat, and we’ll see if some of the cholesterol, b12 and iron gets through!

Thank you so much Aaron and Alana for making these videos, I’m really enjoying them! I myself have Hypocholesterolemia (severelly low cholesterol) due to severe chronic illness and infection. Isn’t it funny that LOW cholesterol is actually a larger predictor of severe illness and death than high? Going out of my way now to eat lots of coconut oil, butter, meat fat etc. Hope it makes a difference, although in my case it may be a malabsorption problem….
