I have never used any product of this type before and felt it was time to cleanse my self and start getting a bit healthier. I asked two different friends what they recommended, one of whom worked at a GNC and the other worked at a local Good Health store. They both recommended this product for its ease if use and effectiveness. From my experience using this product I can say that aside from the slight diet changes the instructions recommend it is very easy to use and it works well.
